My appointment went great, I was in and out within an hour All the staff was really nice and helpful the 2 for $82 was such a great deal I couldn’t believe it. The only reason i’m giving a 3 is because, they said my glasses would be ready in 2 weeks maybe even before which is what I was expecting. Furthermore It’s been 3 weeks now and I still haven’t received my glasses.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment for 10:10 and set 40 minutes past the time. For about 20 of those minutes no one was being serviced so I'm just sitting there. Then two people arrived, one 15 minutes and the other 25 after me for the employee to call a name that wasn't mine. When I told her I should be next she asked my name and told me the other person appointment. I was told I was next so I waited. At this point it's 10:30 then 10 minutes later she came and called the other person and said his appointment was before yours too. I said mine was at 10:10 and she said his was at 10:00. That meant the other person's appointment was at 9:50 and she didn't show up until 10:25. So you inconvenience people who was on time for someone who was 35 minutes late.

My husband and I have been coming to this store for years now. Friendly, personalized care and attention from the floor technicians and the doctor is what keeps us coming back. Prices are very reasonable. Online appointment booking is easy and orders come sooner than expected. Ellen goes above and beyond to give you the best pricing/options and patiently works with you. Minor repairs and maintenance are also easy and prompt.

Leona is great. I always have a good experience at this Homewood office. The lab is perfect with making my lenses. I made the mistake of going elsewhere, and regretted it. You can never be too careful with your eyes. America's Best is where I will continue to go. I recognize the staff from previous visits and that's good to see people who take care of you remain in the same facility. They really are the best! Thanks again to the whole staff

My experience from beginning to end was good. The young lady who helped me in beginning can not remember her name but I know her birthday was coming up and she was turning 63 looking like she was only in her late 40's just awesome..When I went to pick up my glasses the tech who helped me was AMAZING!!! When I tell you Ms. Sheila was everything she was everything. She matched my energy she was super helpful & informative helped me get the glasses I actually needed to begin with. WHEN I TELL U BEST EXPERIENCE EVER I MEAN IT!! Coming from a person who is in customer service for over 30 years I recognize & know genuine customer service when I get it. Now this young lady Sheila truly made my day & most definitely went above & beyond when she really didn't have to at all. I was last customer in she did not rush me she did not just give me my glasses she guided me to what I really needed and made it an awesome experience..It has been many many many years when I have had an experience like this where the associate was genuine and upbeat and made me feel better than what I did when I walked in. Just amazing we need more Ms. Sheila's in the customer service field!!! 😊😊😊😊
